Together with LIA Administrators & Insurance Services, we advise and assist clients with legal, regulatory and insurance matters concerning real estate valuation.  Our clients are appraisers, appraisal firms, management companies, technology providers and valuation users.  LIA Administrators & Insurance Services, provides liability, surety and other insurance products to appraisers, appraisal firms and AMCs.  It has served the appraisal industry since 1977 and presently provides insurance to more than 24,000 professionals and companies in all 50 states.  LIA's E&O program for appraisers is endorsed by the Appraisal Institute.  Attorney Peter Christensen serves as LIA's general counsel and authors LIA's Appraiser Law Blog.
